How We Helped the SpaGo Beauty Salon Grow From a Salon Without a Website to Gaining New Clients in Dorćol

Problem


SpaGo, a beauty salon in Dorćol, had everything needed for success, an excellent team, top-tier service, and satisfied clients, but one thing held them back: almost no one could find them online. Their client flow came almost entirely from the SrediMe platform or via word of mouth, which meant they didn’t have full control over their brand, their clients, or their image.
People discovered them only if they already knew about them, but SpaGo wanted more. They wanted people from the neighborhood and beyond to find them on their own, to become a serious local brand, not just another salon lost among hundreds of search results.


Goal


Increase awareness of the salon and bring in new clients through direct online presence, without intermediaries and without dependence on platforms.


Solution


We built a complete website optimized for sales and scheduling, designed so that every page leads the visitor toward taking action.

We used our own CMS platform with a 100/100 Google Lighthouse score, ensuring perfect speed and an SEO structure Google naturally favors.
The site was structured to let visitors book treatments in three ways:

1️⃣ Directly through an email form
2️⃣ With a one-click call
3️⃣ Through an integrated SrediMe calendar


The site structure and copy were carefully crafted to build trust instantly, clearly highlighted services, authentic photos, and smartly placed CTAs that constantly guide visitors toward booking.

Everything was designed to make SpaGo a more visible, more serious, and more profitable local brand.


Results


In the first 5 months after launching, the website achieved:

  • 1,350 page views
  • 531 visits and 393 unique visitors
  • an average engagement time of 1 minute and 40 seconds


The clearest sign of success: 129 people clicked on the contact page and sent an inquiry or booked directly.
This means nearly 1 in 5 visitors turned into a potential client.


For the first time, SpaGo got a serious, independent source of new customers, without intermediaries.
Now clients come directly from Google, which means more authority, more trust, and complete control over their image and sales.
